This policy is valid for 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

If any accessories (e.g., cables, chargers, earphones) are opened or used, the cost of those items will be deductedfrom the final refund amount.

Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)
We will respond with return instructions and a return reference.

4. Refund Process

Inspection: Once the returned item is received, it will undergo a physical and software diagnostic inspection to confirm eligibility.

Notification: You will be informed via email of the outcome and whether the refund is approved.

Payment: Approved refunds will be issued via EFT (electronic funds transfer). Please ensure you provide accurate banking details for processing.

Timeline: Refunds may take up to 7 business days from the date of receipt at our premises.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:

Items purchased on sale or promotion are not eligible for refunds.

8. Clearance Devices
Clearance devices are sold as is, in the condition disclosed at the time of purchase. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the condition.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges are permitted on clearance items.
All clearance sales are final.

9. Shipping Costs for Returns or Exchanges

Conditions that Void the Warranty:

The warranty will be considered null and void in the following circumstances:

External modifications that affect the device’s functioning, including the application of 'decorative' materials.

Downloading illegal software.

Smartest Phone Deals is not responsible for any missing accessories (e.g., covers, chargers, screen protectors). Customers are advised to remove these items before sending their devices for repair or exchange under the warranty.

We may use approved third-party parts for warranty repairs when necessary. These parts meet our high standards and ensure the continued effectiveness of your warranty.

Please note that repairs under warranty may take up to 7 working days to complete from date received.
