HOW DOES IT WORK?
Schedule your collection appointment with us! Contact our WhatsApp Sales line to arrange a pickup in one of these areas:

NB: NO upfront payment needed - You can choose your item and make a payment when you collect it by appointment, following a straightforward and efficient process.
Delivery
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Website Orders:
Select Products: Visit our website, browse through our range of products, and select what you want to buy.
Add to Cart: Click 'Add to Cart' for each item you wish to purchase.
Checkout: Once you've selected all your items, go to your cart and click 'Proceed to Checkout'.
Delivery Details: Fill in your delivery information to let us know where to send your order.
Payment: Choose your preferred payment method and complete the payment.Note: We require payment upfront and do not offer payment on delivery.
Order Confirmation: After your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with a Waybill Number.
Track Your Order: Use the Waybill Number to track your order via The Courier Guy portal.
Delivery: Your order will be delivered within 1-3 working days.

Payment Information: We will guide you through the payment process. Like website orders, payment must be made in advance.
Confirmation and Tracking: Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation and a Waybill Number for tracking.
Delivery: Your order will be delivered to your specified address within 1-3 working days.

NB: it's payment first - Once payment is received, the device will be shipped through any of our courier options. Payment is necessary to confirm your order and initiate the shipping process.
