Delivery

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Website Orders:

  1. Select Products: Visit our website, browse through our range of products, and select what you want to buy.

  2. Add to Cart: Click 'Add to Cart' for each item you wish to purchase.

  3. Checkout: Once you've selected all your items, go to your cart and click 'Proceed to Checkout'.

  4. Delivery Details: Fill in your delivery information to let us know where to send your order.

  5. Payment: Choose your preferred payment method and complete the payment.Note: We require payment upfront and do not offer payment on delivery.

  6. Order Confirmation: After your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with a Waybill Number.

  7. Track Your Order: Use the Waybill Number to track your order via The Courier Guy portal.

  8. Delivery: Your order will be delivered within 1-3 working days.


Manual Orders via WhatsApp:

  1. Contact Us: Send a message to our WhatsApp Sales Line at +27636426795 to start your order.

  2. ​Order Details: Provide the details of the items you wish to purchase.

  3. Payment Information: We will guide you through the payment process. Like website orders, payment must be made in advance.

  4. Confirmation and Tracking: Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation and a Waybill Number for tracking.

  5. Delivery: Your order will be delivered to your specified address within 1-3 working days.

NB: Just a friendly reminder, folks – it's payment first, just like buying your ticket for the Soweto Derby well in advance. We need that upfront payment to get your order moving faster than a minibus taxi in rush hour. So, make sure your payment is done and dusted, and then sit back, relax, and wait for your delivery.
